CYBERSECURITY TRAINING SPECIALIST

Description

We are seeking a professional to design and deliver internal training focused on corporate information protection and security. The goal is to equip staff with the ability to identify vulnerabilities, apply preventive measures, and respond swiftly to incidents, thereby reinforcing a security-conscious culture across the organization. The trainer must develop a practical program covering the following key topics: Cybersecurity Principles: Applicable regulations and fundamental concepts. Identity Management: Secure use of credentials, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and Single Sign-On. Threat Protection: Identification and prevention of phishing, malware, and ransomware. Secure Collaborative Environments: Security practices for using Teams and SharePoint, and secure data sharing with third parties. Mobile Devices and Web Browsing: Best practices for using corporate tools and secure configuration of email and browsing. Business Continuity: Monitoring protocols, incident response, and recovery procedures. AI and Security: Use of Artificial Intelligence tools for threat detection and prevention. * 5 years of professional experience. Teaching Experience: Minimum mandatory requirement of 3 years delivering cybersecurity training. Teaching experience exceeding 6 years will receive the highest evaluation score. Professional Experience: A track record in the IT security sector exceeding 5 years will be highly valued. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP) in Computer Science * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electronics * Catalan (Spoken: Advanced, Written: Advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Language: Ability to deliver training and produce all materials in Catalan. * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Part-time schedule (4 hours per day)
