We are leaders in quality (4.8/5) and technology within the sector. **What Would Your Role Be?** * Coordinate a team of approximately 30 family workers and auxiliary staff. * Conduct remote or in-person physical, cognitive, and social assessments of service users, depending on circumstances. * Monitor service users remotely and/or in person, depending on circumstances. * Accompany and serve as the primary point of contact for service users and their immediate support network throughout each stage of service delivery. * Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers; supervise, accompany, and guide them in their daily work. * Plan, manage, and activate services related to prevention and care. * Monthly monitoring of the Sitges service (service users, discharges, turnover among family workers). * Joint monitoring with your manager and the municipality regarding service evolution and other related activities and opportunities for the SAD service.
