Job Summary:
This position focuses on document management, customer service, and administrative support, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in an environment that values integrity and diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive management of documentation and administrative files.
2. Professional telephone support for customers and suppliers.
3. Assistance in preparing reports and daily administrative support.
Document and file administration management is the core responsibility of this role. It includes maintaining efficient filing systems, correctly classifying documents, and controlling access to information according to established protocols. Customers and suppliers are also supported via telephone—answering inquiries, transferring calls, and providing information professionally and courteously to ensure smooth communication and a positive corporate image.
Another key responsibility is order and billing support: verifying orders, coordinating with logistics and sales departments, and assisting in invoice issuance and tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness in commercial processes. Additionally, internal reporting support is provided by collecting data and organizing information to aid decision-making.
Finally, daily administrative coordination support is delivered—from managing calendars and meetings to organizing office supplies and handling basic logistics for internal events. All tasks are carried out with a priority on organization, accuracy, and efficiency, within an environment that values sustainability, integrity, diversity, and respect.
At least one year of prior experience in administrative tasks is required, preferably in industrial or multinational environments. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with effective oral and written communication abilities. Proficiency in office software—especially MS Office—is mandatory. Teamwork capability, multitasking ability, a proactive attitude, and customer orientation are highly valued. Academic training in Administration or related fields is required. A high level of English proficiency (minimum B2/C1) is required.
