




N1 ServiceDesk Technician Join our ServiceDesk team at NexTReT! We are looking for a systems operator to join our 24x7 ServiceDesk team, composed of 12 professionals. What will you do at NexTReT? Your mission will be to provide high-quality support for NexTReT's systems and those of the client. * Monitoring of services, devices, infrastructures, and applications. * Notification, escalation of requests and incidents. * Procedure-guided operations. * Creation and updating of procedures. * Preparation of reports with guiding procedures. * Centralized online user support. How do we imagine you? * Attitude and willingness to learn. * We are looking for someone with vocational training in a technical field. * With one to two years of experience in a similar role (Helpdesk, technical support, operator, administrator...) * Additionally, knowledge of English and Catalan will be a plus. What do we offer? * Contract: Permanent. * Schedule: Rotating shifts in mornings (7am\-3:15pm), afternoons (3pm\-11:15pm), and nights (11pm\-7:15am), covering Mondays through Sundays and holidays.
