Within the User Field Support area, we enhance work productivity through user assistance services, support centers, and other solutions for a smooth and efficient working environment. This support **can act proactively or reactively to solve issues and thus ensure business continuity.** Our IT field service team **is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of products at our customers' sites.** **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** ------------------------------- You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to users and systems of our clients, leading the resolution of complex incidents, managing IT infrastructure, and collaborating in the planning and execution of technology projects. Other responsibilities: * Provide second\-level computer support to clients and users, resolving complex problems and incidents. * Manage software and hardware incidents, including receiving, diagnosing, solving, and forwarding incidents to another department for maintenance. * Set up Windows 10 computers, perform PC migrations, user data, profiles, application data, and install and configure software. * Configure email accounts. * Carry out technical procedures. * Lead and supervise technical teams in installation, maintenance, and repair projects in the field. As well as supervise and coordinate activities of junior technician teams. * Provide specialized technical advice and support to more junior technicians. * Solve complex technical problems and make critical decisions to ensure project success. * Plan and coordinate team activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards. * Interact with clients and collaborators to ensure effective communication and meet their needs. * Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the field to continuously improve skills and knowledge. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **Education:** + Higher vocational training degree in computer systems, or university or technical degree in related fields such as Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or similar. * **Languages:** + Proficiency in the local language and solid knowledge of technical English. * **Technical Skills:** + Extensive knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems. + Experience in network administration, including TCP/IP protocols, VPNs, VLANs, and router and switch configurations. + Familiarity with virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper\-V). + Experience in server management, storage, and backup solutions. + Broad knowledge in installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in outdoor environments. * **Skills:** + Excellent problem\-solving and technical diagnostic abilities. + Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non\-technical personnel. + Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities. * **Experience:** + Minimum of 3\-5 years in technical support and system administration. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
