Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist to assist guests during check-in and check-out, manage reservations, and coordinate services, ensuring a satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers during check-in and check-out processes. 2. Register, modify, and cancel reservations in the property management system. 3. Manage and coordinate guest-requested services. We are looking for a Receptionist for one of our 4\* hotels located in the center of Barcelona. What will your responsibilities be? * Assist customers during check\-in and check\-out processes, ensuring a satisfying experience. * Register, modify, and cancel reservations in the property management system, ensuring accurate information updates. * Issue invoices and manage documentation associated with the guest’s stay. * Manage and coordinate guest-requested services, addressing needs and incidents during the stay. * Night audit. What are we looking for? * Degree in Tourism or related field. * Advanced level of English. * Prior experience as a hotel receptionist. * SAP knowledge is desirable. What do we offer?
