Collaborate in the search for and acquisition of content creators. **Job Description:** **ON-SITE WORK MODE** We are a startup that has developed and launched a Digital Content Marketplace, and we are looking for a commercially focused individual to join our marketing team. **Responsibilities:** * Schedule and publish content aligned with the brand. * Implement strategies to attract and retain followers. * Monitor metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach. * Manage the community: respond to messages and comments. * Collaborate in the search for and acquisition of content creators. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in English and Spanish. * Prior experience in Community Management and social media. * Residency in Barcelona or nearby areas.
