The selected candidate will participate in managing and optimizing production processes within a dynamic and growing industrial environment. Daily production monitoring and management. Main responsibilities: \* Data and indicator analysis: preparation of reports and KPIs for decision-making and improvement proposals. \* Implementation of technical and organizational improvements in production processes. \* Quality monitoring and control in production. \* Support to the maintenance department. \* Tracking of orders placed with external suppliers. \* Proposals for automation and optimization of production processes. ### **Requirements** Mandatory requirements \* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technologies Engineering. \* 1–3 years of experience in production management within industrial environments. \* Advanced Excel proficiency. \* Knowledge of AutoCAD. \* English level B2\. \* Analytical and problem-solving skills. \* Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and demonstrate initiative.
