DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Junior Industrial Engineer to support the management of maintenance contracts for public and/or private buildings in Barcelona. COMSA Service is part of the maintenance, conservation, and services business unit of the COMSA Corporación group, carrying out comprehensive and specific maintenance of buildings, infrastructures, and industrial facilities. The mission of this position is to assist the responsible technician in managing: Coordinating and planning maintenance execution. Support functions including; * Planning of personnel. * Requesting materials and services. * Managing and verifying the completion of technical and progress reports. * Coordinating the preparation of budgets. * Delivering reports and budgets. * Economic control of results. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably industrial. * Driving license. * Availability for immediate incorporation.
