We are looking for a **Senior Creative Producer** who's passionate about building scalable systems, empowering creative teams, and driving results in a fast\-paced environment. Reporting directly to the **Senior Design Manager**, you'll act as their operational partner—setting up the tools, workflows, and support systems that enable our design team to deliver high\-quality creative at scale and speed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the world of **automation, AI tools, agile testing**, and **performance marketing**, and who’s excited about mentoring junior designers while optimizing the backend of a high\-performing creative engine. * **Creative Workflow \& Automation:** Implement and optimize **automation and AI\-powered tools** (e.g. Figma plugins, ChatGPT, batch\-editing tools… you name it) to streamline creative production and boost output. * **Performance\-Driven Execution:** Partner with Design Manager and Paid Social to **launch creative tests rapidly**, track winners and losers, and feed learnings back into future iterations. Build systems that **prioritize speed over polish in early testing**, then scale and refine high\-performers. * **Team Support \& Management:** Manage and mentor a small team of junior designers, helping them navigate briefs, deadlines, tools, and feedback loops.
