Veepee a réalisé en 2024 un chiffre d’affaires de 3,3 milliards d’euros TTC et compte 5 000 collaborateurs répartis dans 10 pays. ### **\\uD83C\\uDFAF TASKS** * **Build Quality Dashboards in MicroStrategy** + Design, develop and maintain Quality dashboards in MicroStrategy, in close collaboration with a Data Analyst from the team. + Gather business requirements from Quality stakeholders and translate them into actionable KPIs and visualizations. + Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across reports. + Document dashboards and provide user guidance to the Quality team. * **Develop an AI Agent for Sales Quality Guidelines** + Design and build an AI agent that provides tailored Quality guidelines for each sale, based on multiple criteria (business sector, season, volume of SKUs, product type, etc.). + Collect, structure and formalize existing Quality guidelines into a usable knowledge base. + Work on prompt engineering, testing and iterative improvement of the agent's recommendations. + Collaborate with Quality experts to validate the relevance and accuracy of the agent's outputs. * **Cross\-functional Collaboration \& Continuous Improvement** + Work closely with the Quality team, Data Analysts and business stakeholders. + Propose improvements to Quality processes based on data insights. + Share progress, findings and recommendations through regular updates and presentations. ### **\\uD83D\\uDC49 MUST HAVE skills** * Data\-driven, you are strong with numbers and have good Excel skills * Structured, rigorous and analytical * Strong aptitude for process thinking and improvement * Proven ability to research and implement new technologies * Proactive, organized and independent, you can drive things forward * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Adobe package knowledge mandatory * Fluent level of English is a must, Spanish and French valued * Interest in digital innovation, artificial intelligence, and user experience ### **✅ BENEFITS** * \\uD83D\\uDC49 Flexible Office with minimum 3 days on site and up to 2 days at home * \\uD83D\\uDC49 Intensive workday on Fridays * \\uD83D\\uDC49 Online language learning Platform * \\uD83D\\uDC49 An initial 6\-month internship agreement with a possibility to grow * **️RECRUITMENT PROCESS** * 1️⃣ HR interview * 2️⃣ Manager interview All our positions are open to people with health conditions or impairments.
