Main responsibilities * Development, optimization, and maintenance of SQL queries. * Database management and maintenance. * Resolution of incidents related to databases and applications. * Technical support for users. * Preparation of reports and data extraction. * Participation in continuous improvement and process optimization projects. Technical requirements * Prior work experience in a similar role. * Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL. * Ability to develop queries, manage databases, and resolve incidents. * Knowledge of relational databases. * Good level of English, both spoken and written, to provide user support. * Training in FP ASIR or DAM / Computer Engineering. Personal competencies * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Responsible, organized individual with attention to detail. * Proactivity and initiative. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to manage priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment. * Interest in learning and professional development. Preferred qualifications * Experience with reporting tools or Business Intelligence. * Knowledge of French. * Familiarity with ticketing tools: Jira. * Experience in international environments.
