**We are seeking an HR Technician to join our team at the ASSIS Residence in Sant Quirze del Vallès, committed to contributing to the comprehensive management of Human Resources—ensuring appropriate selection, evaluation, development, and motivation of staff, as well as compliance with administrative and quality processes—to support continuous improvement and achievement of organizational objectives.** **What do we expect from you?** * Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or master’s degrees in Human Resource Management, People Management, or Labor Relations are valued. * Minimum of two years’ prior experience in a similar role (e.g., generalist HR, personnel technician, etc.), preferably within healthcare or dependency care organizations. * Leadership skills and autonomy in management. **What tasks will you perform with us:** **Administrative Area** · Addressing inquiries, resolving doubts, managing staff requests, and handling conflicts. * Coordinating with each team’s responsible person to manage shift scheduling, vacation planning, coverage arrangements, and absences. * Processing documentation and incidents. · Supporting internal audits and labor inspections. **Recruitment, Talent Attraction, and Retention Area** · Collaborating with team leads to gather recruitment needs for defining the desired candidate profile: competencies, responsibilities, shifts, work schedule type, etc. * Also managing internal communications regarding internal transfer requests or referrals of potential candidates. * Conducting telephone and in-person interviews—including, in the final stage, an interview with the team head and subsequent feedback. * Communicating updates internally to the team. * Proposing new internal procedures and protocols to management. * Conducting follow-up interviews with staff. * Supporting team leads in properly monitoring new hires and assisting in conflict resolution. * Developing a competency-based evaluation framework tailored to professional profiles, followed by supporting team leads in its implementation. * Participating alongside the Well-being Committee in initiatives aimed at improving workplace climate and talent retention—especially in an environment marked by high turnover and absenteeism. **Company Committee Relations Area** * Communications and meetings with the Company Committee: submitting copies of employment contracts, providing quarterly summaries of labor absenteeism and accident data, resolving queries related to labor disputes (e.g., application of labor leave entitlements), and negotiating the renewal of the ASSIS agreement. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite Contract * Immediate Incorporation * Full-time schedule Monday to Friday, with flexibility between 8\-9 a.m. and 4\-5 p.m. * Location: Sant Quirze del Vallès
