Job Description Ensure excellence in service and guest experience at Restaurant Tendiez and the Bar, maximizing sales opportunities and applying an active commercial approach across all operations. Lead, motivate, and train dining room and bar teams, ensuring adherence to luxury standards and passionately conveying the brand’s values. Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Coordinate and supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring service excellence aligned with Sofitel standards. Guarantee guest satisfaction and loyalty by anticipating needs and resolving issues effectively. Manage reservations, organize special services, and coordinate events in the restaurant. Serve as the commercial reference for Restaurant and Bar, actively promoting sales, upselling, recommendations, and promotional initiatives—and monitoring results. Lead, train, and motivate the dining room team, strengthening their commercial mindset and developing their competencies. Conduct daily briefings to align the team on relevant hotel and service information. Lead the Bar Supervisor, defining objectives, operational priorities, standards, and performance follow-up (briefings, feedback, and training needs). Direct and supervise bar operations—in coordination with the Bar Supervisor—ensuring integration with the dining room and kitchen. Ensure proper planning and coordination of bar–restaurant service (peak demand periods, events, service timing, operational communication). Design, implement, and ensure compliance with service standards (SOPs) for Restaurant and Bar—jointly with the F&B Operations Manager. Monitor restaurant inventories and resources, and oversee bar inventories through the Bar Supervisor—optimizing procurement, wastage, and material usage. Guarantee consistency and proper condition of facilities, equipment, uniforms, and service materials—ensuring presentation, order, and cleanliness standards in both dining room and bar. Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, Events, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless guest experience and correct service execution. ### **Requirements** 1–3 years’ experience in similar roles within luxury hotels or gourmet restaurants. Solid F&B knowledge, with particular emphasis on mixology and oenology—formal training and practical experience highly valued. Commercial profile with proven experience in add-on sales and upselling. Excellent presence, positive attitude, and ability to share knowledge. Leadership, team management, and effective communication skills. Advanced Spanish and English (a third language is an advantage). Proficiency in office software and F&B management systems. Availability to work rotating shifts under high-pressure conditions.
