It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 80 establishments across more than 20 different destinations, with ongoing expansion. Catalonia Hotels & Resorts is seeking a STATION CHEF to join the kitchen team of our gastronomic restaurant La Mar de Santa at the SES ESTAQUES hotel. The main responsibilities are as follows: \- Coordinate the kitchen station or section under your responsibility. \- Support, monitor, and implement directives from the Head Chef. \- Prepare dishes for your station and supervise their finishing and presentation. \- Supervise cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area assigned to your station, ensuring tools and facilities are in perfect condition. \- Coordinate staff under your supervision, allocating tasks according to workload; assist in training staff. \- Participate in inventory control, preservation, and storage of goods. ### **Requirements** \- Professional culinary education. \- Experience in gastronomic restaurants and catering services. \- Proactivity, dynamism, leadership. \- Willingness to reside abroad. \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results-oriented.
