This requires adaptability to new products and services, as well as organizational change, and interaction with a wide range of stakeholders: customers (both external and internal), cross-departmental collaboration with commercial and finance departments, and supplier companies. In addition, AS24 offers other integrated services — such as toll payments, etc. Revenue: €250 million; Employees: \~30\. 28 COCO, 48 DODOS, Capex \~ €2 million ### **Responsibilities** **HSEQ:** * Support leadership in HSEQ-related subsidiary activities and the integrated management system, aligned with Headquarters’ recommendations. * Act as the technical and regulatory reference for matters related to development; establish and maintain a process to monitor new regulations affecting station development and operations. * Control product quality and manage third-party complaints (e.g., neighbors, local authorities, etc.). * Coordinate contracts and relationships with maintenance providers and Do\-Accept partners, ensuring station maintenance, cleaning, and regulatory compliance. * Ensure station records (contracts, permits, metrology, regulatory compliance) are complete and up to date. **Network Maintenance and Growth:** * Guarantee proper operation of the existing network. * Contribute to executing the annual network development plan, aligned with Iberia and Group strategy. * Provide technical, operational, and regulatory validation of potential locations and projects, ensuring feasibility from construction, permitting, and operational standpoints. * Support deployment of energy and alternative solutions within the network development roadmap, ensuring technical feasibility and integration with existing assets. Assist/evaluate the business development team on development opportunities (greenfield, CO development, partnerships, conversions, and upgrades). **Supporting Business Case, Capex, and Value Creation:** * Challenge business cases for development and transformation projects to ensure alignment between business assumptions and technical realities. * Support preparation of AFEs for internal approvals by reviewing all technical costs (Capex and Opex). * Monitor post-investment performance and continuously optimize network configuration. **Project Execution Management:** * Manage execution of development and transformation projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders in consultation with AS24’s Technical and Operations Directorate. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and fully compliant with regulations. **Network Performance and Optimization:** * Lead optimization initiatives driven by technical expertise across the existing network (capacity, distribution, equipment, energy solutions). * Support strategic decision-making and monitor KPIs for both technical and commercial performance (availability, HSEQ indicators, customer experience, invariants). ### **Candidate Profile** * Master’s degree (BAC\+4/5\) in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or equivalent. 8–12 years of experience in network management, development, technical projects, or similar roles (energy, retail, logistics, infrastructure). * Strong analytical capability, Capex management, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills. * Solid technical background combined with a business-oriented mindset.
