KAVE HOME is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure product quality and analyze incidents in the logistical processes at its Tordera facility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure product quality and analyze production incidents.
2. Manage non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive improvements.

We are seeking a **QUALITY TECHNICIAN - LOGISTICAL PROCESSES** for Kave’s Tordera facility. Your objective will be to ensure product quality and analyze incidents to support decision-making in production, carrying out the following responsibilities:
* Conduct internal audits of goods receipt, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
* Inspect products (condition, labeling, packaging, and specifications).
* Verify compliance with safety, hygiene, organization, and cleanliness standards.
* Manage non-conformities, document them, and propose corrective and preventive improvements.
* Prepare audit and quality control reports with evidence and recommendations.
* Collaborate with warehouse teams to implement improvements.
* Support staff training on quality and best practices.
**Below are the qualities we seek in our ideal candidate…**
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality control (preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing).
* Knowledge of auditing, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement (desirable).
* Familiarity with quality tools and traceability systems (desirable).
* Analytical ability, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
* Teamwork and interdepartmental coordination.
* Attention to detail and process improvement orientation.
* Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon).
