Devoteam has been awarded as Partner of the Year 2021 by the 5 cloud leaders: **AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.** \#CreativeTechForBetterChange We are looking for a **Wintel Administrator** who will join the IT service structure and whose mission will be to perform Systems \& Infra \& Cloud support tasks both on\-site and remotely. **Tasks and responsibilities:** * Ensure the quality of the deployed service. * Execute tasks related to the various sub\-services within scope. * End\-to\-end responsibility for associated ticketing: management of Incidents, Requests, and Queries. **Skills / competencies:** * Initiative and proactivity. * Strong communication skills across different levels and stakeholders (user, client, and other IT areas), interpersonal relationship ability, customer orientation. * High analytical and problem\-solving capability. * Proactive, entrepreneurial, responsible, and service\-committed individual. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum experience: over 2 years in System Administration roles. * Experience in large enterprises is valued. * A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar. * Manufacturer certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, etc., are valued. The working mode is **hybrid**, attending the client's offices 3 days/week and working remotely 2 days/week. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, full\-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Ticketing tools * Microsoft Office365 and Azure * Active Directory administration * Windows Operating Systems * On\-premise and Cloud Systems and Server Infrastructure * Cloud solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure * Micro\-computing / Administration and configuration of devices (PCs, Tablets...) and printing equipment * Management and administration of server infrastructure, at both system and infrastructure level: Networking \& Comms knowledge (Switching, Routing) * Monitoring tools such as PRTG Knowledge of Catalan and English is valued.
