**Description** --------------- A company, TALLERS SERRA, S.L., a manufacturer of industrial machinery for the corrugated cardboard sector, located in Martorell, is looking for a **Projects Director**. You will be assigned several projects (machines) ranging from half a million to one million euros to manage. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling all project phases, ensuring compliance with quality, deadlines, and budget. Additionally, you will act as program director for multiple projects for the same client, carrying out established periodic communications with this client and focusing particularly on the smooth progress of these projects. You must have a good understanding of the product (machinery) involved in each project. Internally, you will collaborate with the commercial, mechanical engineering, automation engineering, purchasing, production, and finance departments, gaining a comprehensive view of the company. **Functions** ------------- * Monitor the project, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget, following the various phases: + Initialization - Review of the sales department's offer, conditions, and budget - Kick-off meeting + Planning - Definition of project team members - Project task scheduling - Organization of team members to carry out the project as efficiently as possible + Execution - Supervise correct project execution + Monitoring and Control - Take actions to address deviations + Closure - Review achievement of objectives - Prepare the Lessons Learned document **Requirements** -------------- **Minimum Requirements**: * Technical or Industrial Engineer (Mechanical or Automation specialization preferred) * Languages: + English: Advanced level + Spanish: Advanced level * Understanding of industrial machinery operation * Training or experience in Project Management * Methodical, autonomous, proactive person with strong communication skills * Availability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings with clients. * Advanced knowledge of MS Office. **Desired Requirements**: * PMP (PMI) or PRINCE2 certification * Knowledge of Microsoft Project * Residence near Martorell * Immediate availability **Benefits** ---------------- Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate's experience and knowledge, as well as opportunities for professional development. **Working Hours** ----------- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, distributed as follows: * Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 13:30 and 14:15 to 17:00 h. * Friday: 07:30 to 13:45 h.
