Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and enhance its performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of equipment. 2. Training production teams on equipment operation and maintenance. 3. Proposing equipment improvements to optimize performance and productivity. Due to increased activity, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician based in **Parets del Vallès, Barcelona**. As part of the **Maintenance Team**, you will be responsible for: * Ensuring quality standards under the strictest regulations by performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on all production equipment. * Drafting operating instructions for installed equipment for the Production Team. * Drafting preventive maintenance instructions for the Production Team, based on equipment manufacturer guidelines and/or field experience. * Drafting preventive maintenance instructions for the Maintenance Team, based on equipment manufacturer criteria and/or field experience. * Monitoring compliance with requirements outlined in Preventive Maintenance Instructions, as well as recording actions performed during each preventive maintenance activity. * Delivering training to Perso Team Leaders on correct use of production equipment and execution of preventive maintenance operations. * Delivering training to Perso operators to ensure proper execution of defined preventive maintenance operations under their responsibility. * Proposing equipment improvements to the Production Manager, as deemed necessary for optimal equipment performance and, where possible, increased productivity. * Reporting resolved faults to the Maintenance Coordinator and Production Manager after each intervention, and entering related data into the associated maintenance management system. * Collaborating with various internal and external technical teams working on company facilities. * Contacting regular suppliers when necessary to enable rapid response in case of required spare parts or services. * Installing and commissioning production equipment. * Implementing corporate solutions and/or improvements on production equipment. * Keeping production equipment software versions up to date. * Improving machines to increase productivity or safety. * Maintaining orderly and clean conditions of maintenance-related items, tools, components and areas distributed across different work zones. * Ensuring building facility functionality by performing first-level maintenance or contacting the maintenance contractor to resolve incidents. **Experience, Knowledge and Skills** * Higher Vocational Training qualification (Mechatronics professional track). * Basic user-level English proficiency (equivalent to CEFR levels A1\-A2). * Ability to analyze and interpret any type of information regarding industrial machinery. * Analytical, solution-oriented, organized and methodical individual. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance. **Desirable:** * Although not mandatory, a Technical Engineering degree is valued. **What We Offer:** * Rotating shift work every two weeks. * Meal vouchers and social benefits (childcare, training, etc.).
