We seek a candidate with solid on-site experience, capable of leading field work teams, organizing daily execution, and ensuring timely, high-quality, and safe project delivery. Responsibilities: * Daily organization and supervision of on-site execution. * Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. * Site layout and on-site progress monitoring. * Quality control of execution. * Adherence to project deadlines. * Supervision of proper implementation of safety measures and occupational risk prevention (PRL). * Support to the Project Manager in planning and monitoring activities. * Resolution of on-site incidents and operational decision-making. Requirements * Minimum 5–10 years’ experience as a Site Manager. * Experience in renovations and/or new construction. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Technical knowledge of construction execution. * Strong organizational skills and results orientation. * Valid driver’s license. * Mandatory 60-hour occupational risk prevention (PRL) training.
