In this case, the main responsibilities are: * Technical planning of assigned projects for execution and improvement of the planned project margin. * Economic planning of projects jointly with our Procurement Department. * Direct liaison with our client/technical supervisor, engineering, etc. * Responsible for implementing safety plans jointly with our Occupational Health and Safety Department (PRL). * Management of in-house foremen. * Management of suppliers. * Management of subcontractors. * Project completion and delivery of documentation to the client (drawings, legalizations, etc.). We seek candidates with at least 3\-5 years of experience in a similar position, possessing strong learning ability and motivation to develop their professional career in this field. We offer: * Permanent position: indefinite-term contract. * Salary: to be agreed. * Company vehicle for professional use (to travel to various construction sites). * Primary workplace: Zona Franca offices. * Immediate start. * Option to enroll in flexible remuneration.
