We utilize modern technology and logistics management systems, focusing on continuous improvement and professional growth of our team. We are looking for a Central Warehouse Manager to lead the logistics management of the main warehouse, ensuring stock control, traceability, and proper material distribution to production. Responsibilities: * Comprehensive management of the raw materials warehouse * Receiving, verification, and control of goods * Unloading and placement in quarantine and storage areas * Visual quality control and management of material incidents * FIFO management, batch and expiry date control * Stock control and periodic inventory audits * Preparation of materials for production * Coordination with planning, suppliers, and production * Management of rejections and non-conformities * Proposal of logistical and operational improvements What do we offer? * Opportunity to join a solid and expanding company * Intensive morning schedule (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM\) * Initial training period (2\-3 months at another facility) * Job stability * Positive work environment REQUIREMENTS * Minimum experience: 1 year in an industrial warehouse * Basic computer skills * Mandatory forklift operator license * Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS is a plus) * Organized, solution-oriented, and detail-focused individual.
