If you wish to join a leading Group in the Mobility sector, Moventia is your project. **Akaimoto**, an official **HONDA** dealership, part of Moventia Group’s Automotive Business Unit, requires a **MOTORCYCLE COMMERCIAL ADVISOR** for its facilities in **Sant Boi de Llobregat**. Are you ready to accelerate with us? Your main mission will be to achieve the scheduled sales target, following the established methodology and operational procedures, while maintaining smooth customer relations and collaboration with other departments. What will be your responsibilities? * Achieve assigned sales targets. * Support spare parts sales. * Promote non-standard product sales (financing, insurance, extended warranties, etc.). * Manage incoming leads. * Be responsible for correctly overseeing the sales process and ensuring the profitability of sales under your responsibility. * Engage in customer follow-up, delivering excellent service and fostering stable customer relationships. * Be responsible for maintaining your work environment and showroom image in perfect condition for customer service. What do you need to succeed in this position? * Prior commercial experience; lead management experience is valued. * Mandatory A2 motorcycle license and passion for motorcycles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Additional training in sales and knowledge of English are desirable. * Strong commercial orientation towards results and customers. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
