A stable, trustworthy, and human-centered work environment. **Description:** ---------------- A management office located in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, with an established 80-year track record serving SMEs and self-employed professionals, seeks to hire an experienced **LABOR TECHNICIAN** to join its team in a stable and trustworthy environment. This office is distinguished by offering professional, human-centered, and highly trustworthy service to its clients. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** The selected candidate will join the labor department under a collaborative work system. Key responsibilities include: * Full-cycle payroll management across diverse sectors. * Settlement of Social Security contributions and management of the SILTRA system. * Social Security procedures: registrations, cancellations, modifications, and management of temporary disability (IT) processes. * Employment contracting: drafting and registration of employment contracts. * Labor taxation: preparation and filing of forms 111 and 190\. * Client support: telephone and email advisory services to companies and self-employed individuals on labor matters. THE COMPANY OFFERS: * **Permanent Contract** — Fully stable position. * Compensation: **€26,000–€30,000 gross per year** (14 payments), negotiable based on candidate’s experience and qualifications. * **Full-time position** — Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00; Friday, 8:00–16:00. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 5 years’ experience performing similar duties, preferably within a management or advisory office. * Education: Degree in Labor Relations, Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration and Finance with specific labor-area experience, or equivalent. * Proficiency in SILTRA and experience with payroll management software (knowledge of WinZeus is advantageous). * Fluency in Catalan and Spanish.
