Opportunity to advise companies and self-employed individuals on labor matters **Description:** ---------------- A management consultancy located in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, with an established 80-year track record serving SMEs and self-employed professionals, is seeking to hire an experienced **LABOR TECHNICIAN** to join its team in a stable and trustworthy environment. This consultancy is distinguished by offering its clients a humane, professional, and highly trustworthy service. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** The selected candidate will join the labor department under a collaborative work system. Key responsibilities include: * Full-cycle payroll management across diverse sectors. * Social Security contributions settlement and SILTRA system management. * Social Security procedures: registrations, cancellations, modifications, and management of temporary disability (IT) processes. * Employment contracts: drafting and registration of employment agreements. * Labor taxation: preparation and filing of Forms 111 and 190\. * Client support: telephone and email advisory services to companies and self-employed individuals on labor matters. WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS: * **Permanent contract** — A fully stable position. * Compensation: **€26,000–€30,000 gross per year** (14 payments), negotiable based on candidate’s experience and qualifications. * **Full-time schedule**: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00; Friday, 08:00–16:00. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 5 years’ experience performing similar duties, preferably within a management consultancy or advisory firm. * Education: Diploma in Labor Relations; Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration and Finance with specific labor-area experience; or equivalent qualification. * Proficiency in SILTRA and experience with payroll management software (knowledge of WinZeus is a plus). * Fluency in Catalan and Spanish.
