Key responsibilities include: * Full-cycle payroll management across diverse sectors. * Social Security contributions settlement and SILTRA system management. * Social Security procedures: registrations, cancellations, modifications, and management of temporary disability (IT) processes. * Employment contracts: drafting and registration of employment agreements. * Labor taxation: preparation and filing of Forms 111 and 190\. * Client support: telephone and email advisory services to companies and self-employed individuals on labor matters.
