For more information about the company, visit www.guess.com Our **Human Resources** team continues to grow, and we are looking to add an **HR Associate** to lead **Recruitment and Training for Spain** from our **offices** located in the **center of Barcelona.** ***Your typical day*** * You will manage recruitment processes for our stores across Spain and for office positions in Barcelona. * You will be responsible for creating job offers, posting them on various employment portals, and conducting interviews as needed. * You will serve as the main point of contact with Managers to understand staffing needs and collaborate to fill vacancies. * You will also align training strategies at the Spain level and collaborate on their implementation. * You will manage the onboarding process for office-based employees.
