Job Summary: We are seeking an electromechanical maintenance professional with a focus on electricity to ensure operational continuity in a production environment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Experience in industrial electricity and food production environments **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant facilities and machinery, with special attention to the **electrical** component. Intervene in equipment both in the **oven area** and in **production rooms**, ensuring operational continuity. Promptly and safely detect, diagnose, and resolve electrical or electromechanical failures. Comply with safety, quality, and food hygiene protocols. Record incidents and completed work in internal management systems. Operate industrial boilers in compliance with current regulations (if certified). **Requirements:** Training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Electricity, Automation, or related fields. Minimum of **5 years** of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a **food production** or manufacturing environment. Solid knowledge of **industrial electricity**. Experience in **baking areas** or **packaging/production rooms** is desirable. **Availability to work rotating shifts**. **Desirable: Boiler Operator Certificate.** Problem-solving profile, methodical, capable of teamwork, and safety-conscious. \#LI\-JD1
