If you care differently, you belong here. **Mission** Perform functions of Reference Standard Bank Responsible: Reference Standards Analysis, methods validation, Reference Standards distribution, stocks management and Reference Standards GMP documentation and compliance. **Tasks and Responsibilities** * Carry out or supervise certification analysis and retests analysis of reference standards of R\&D products. Planification of retest and reposition. * Generate GMP documentation associated to Reference standards: Specifications, SOPs, Characterization reports, Change Control etc. * Keep Reference Standards stocks at LIMS and Physical storage (Freezers and refrigerators) * Shipment preparation of reference standards for Partners and Internal customers. * Maintenance of storage equipments. * LIMS key user for Reference Standards. * Document results, maintain laboratory notebooks, and contribute to technical reports and presentations. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all research activities. **Education and experience** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., chemistry, biotechnology, or related field). * Previous experience in a research or laboratory setting is preferred. * Spanish and English languages fluency. **Skills \& Competencies** * Solid understanding of scientific principles and laboratory techniques. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in data analysis tools and laboratory software. * Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross\-functional teams. * Detail\-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and scientific excellence. **Technical requirements perspective:** Practical technical knowledge of quality control analytical techniques—such as UPLC, HPLC, GC, TGA, KF etc.—will be valued, along with a strong capability to manage both external and internal suppliers.
