




Job Summary: LOMARTOV is seeking a European Project Manager with experience in managing and implementing European R&D projects, financial support, development of deliverables, and institutional relations. LOMARTOV is an environmental engineering company specializing in supporting R&D, industrial, and technological projects through a multidisciplinary approach. We have validated experience in **technology transfer, advisory services, and evaluation**, supporting both the scaling-up and exploitation phases of projects. In particular, we specialize in the **assessment of environmental, economic, and social impacts of innovative technological solutions**, applying Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies, circular economy models, and approaches from social sciences, economics, and engineering. Our main objective is to **support innovative companies and projects** in becoming more sustainable—mitigating and balancing their daily impact on the planet and its resources—while simultaneously ensuring safe and successful market introduction of innovative technologies with high potential impact on our economies and societies. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** The European Project Manager will be directly involved in the company’s European activities and will work closely with the Technical and Operations Coordinators. The selected candidate will primarily support the Operations Coordinator and other project managers in managing ongoing European projects, contribute to preparing new European proposals (primarily under Horizon Europe and related programmes), participate in networking and business development activities, and be directly involved in developing specific project deliverables—including communication, dissemination, and social acceptance activities. Depending on the candidate’s academic background (economics, social sciences and humanities, or science and technology), additional responsibilities may be progressively assigned, and tasks are expected to evolve alongside the company’s future projects. The candidate will be specifically responsible for the following tasks: * **Project management and implementation:** coordination and monitoring of internal activities, support for project planning and risk management, assistance in formal communications and project coordination, and contribution to periodic technical reports submitted to the European Commission. * **Support for financial and administrative justification of European projects**, in close collaboration with the company’s finance officer, including support for cost tracking, timesheets (work packages), and report preparation. * **Development of deliverables and specific activities within European R&D projects**, such as: o Market and stakeholder analysis, exploitation and impact plans, data management plans, value propositions, business model and business canvas activities, technology transfer, and application assessments. o Communication, dissemination, and social acceptance activities—including organization of webinars and workshops, preparation of content for project and company websites and social media channels, as well as contributions to deliverables on stakeholder engagement and social impact. * **Institutional relations:** support in attending events and identifying partners (during B2B meetings, both in-person and virtual, with potential partners and clients), exploration of cooperation and business opportunities aligned with the company’s core activities. * **Management, drafting, and submission of new proposals:** support to the Technical Coordinator and technical team in drafting project proposals where the company participates as partner and/or coordinator, and coordination of all associated stages. The candidate will carry out these activities across various cross-cutting sectors aligned with current and future European research and innovation strategies.
