Our User Support Center has implemented a talent management approach focused on enhancing team well-being and performance. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- * Installation and Configuration: Participate in hardware and software installation and configuration, ensuring all systems are correctly deployed and up to date. * Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance tasks on systems and equipment to avoid potential issues and ensure optimal performance. * Documentation: Maintain detailed records of resolved issues, implemented solutions, and support procedures to facilitate future reference and improve operational practices. * End-User Training: Provide basic guidance and training to users to ensure proper system usage and minimize recurrence of common issues. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * Higher vocational training degree in Computer Systems Administration or currently enrolled in the program. * Must be able to work 100% on-site in the indicated location. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
