They must also monitor inventory levels, track shipments, damages, claims, PDI, workshop activities, value-added services, and ensure timely deliveries to meet dealership demand. Strong organizational skills and the ability to propose improvements in the area are required. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Customs clearance:** Manage documentation and payments to ensure green channel clearance through customs. * **Performance monitoring:** Evaluate the performance of ports, warehouses, and workshops using KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. * **Action plans:** Develop and implement corrective action plans together with the logistics management team to address non-compliance or performance gaps. * **Implementation of best practices:** Support the rollout of corporate guidelines, ensuring consistent application in quality, continuous improvement, and damage prevention. Ensure efficient practices in workshop, PDI, and value-added services. * **Stakeholder relations:** Maintain smooth communication with all supply chain partners, ensuring JIT (Just\-In\-Time) processes. * **Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports on results, performance indicators, and improvement measures for senior management, using tools such as Power BI, Canva, or PowerPoint. * **Logistics monitoring:** Analyze and promote digital connectivity among various partners and the subsidiary to reduce manual processes and encourage automation. * **Coverage of other logistics areas:** Including transportation. **Requirements** **What are we looking for in you?** ***Position Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, retail operations, or operational roles (preferably in the automotive sector). * Solid knowledge of Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Adaptable individual for international and multicultural environments. * Experience with presentations using Power BI or Canva will be valued. * Professional fluency in Spanish and English. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. ***Personal Characteristics:*** * Organized * Detail-oriented * Good problem solver * Capable of managing multiple tasks * Strong communication skills **We are looking for talent like you!
