




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure operational continuity of systems and lead the Foundation’s technological evolution, aligning technology, processes, and care-related needs. Participation in strategic technology projects We seek a professional responsible for ensuring operational continuity of systems and leading the Foundation’s technological evolution, guaranteeing alignment among technology, processes, and care-related needs. The individual will assume a key role in support, functional administration of corporate applications, digital transformation, and knowledge management—facilitating continuous service improvement and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. **Responsibilities** **1. Corporate Application Administration** * Functional administration of JANO: user management, incident handling, enhancements, and improvements. * Management and maintenance of Visual Planning and other operational tools. * Coordination with external technology vendors and monitoring of contracts and SLAs. * Evaluation and implementation of new functionalities and modules in corporate applications. **2. Support and Operational Continuity** * Resolution of hardware/software incidents and escalation to vendors when appropriate. * Support for teams using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). * Coordination with external IT support companies and tracking of interventions. * Ensuring system and service stability, availability, and security. **3. Digital Transformation and Process Improvement** * Proposing and implementing digital improvements in care-related processes and in the People & Values area. * Automating administrative and operational processes using office productivity tools and macros. * Management and maintenance of advanced Excel macros for Payroll, Invoicing, and the Care Area. * Participation in and support for strategic technology projects, including data and reporting initiatives. **4. Knowledge Management** * Basic training and guidance for teams on the use of digital tools. * Development and updating of user guides, procedures, and functional technical documentation. * Reducing individual dependency on technological knowledge through dissemination and standardized protocols. **Competencies** * Teamwork and collaboration. * Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with non-technical teams. * Change management and results orientation. * Planning, organization, and strategic vision. * Commitment and proactivity. **Qualifications and Experience** * Degree and knowledge in computer science, engineering, or related fields. * Proven work experience in systems or corporate application administration. * Advanced proficiency in office productivity applications and technological tools. * Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams and managing vendor relationships. * Ability to autonomously manage a technology environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in social or healthcare organizations. * Knowledge and experience with JANO or other software used in the social/healthcare sector. * Experience in data integration, analytics tools (Power BI or others), and reporting. * Practical knowledge of GDPR compliance in systems and information security management. * Experience in managing technology projects and agile methodologies. **We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday. * Flexible hours: Monday–Thursday approximately 8–9 a.m. to 4:30–5:30 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. * No remote work option. **Compensation** The compensation package will be detailed during the interview.
