Cross-functional collaboration with leadership, marketing, sales, and operations **About Narval:** Narval is a firm specialized in financing—both alternative and banking—that supports professionals and companies throughout the debt transaction lifecycle: sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and formalization. Due to our growth, we need to bring onboard a CRM \& Growth professional who will have direct impact on the sales, marketing, operations, and data analytics teams. We seek a candidate with experience collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and commercial teams, accustomed to designing GTM strategies, optimizing conversion funnels, and mapping complete customer journeys—with a focus on growth and commercial efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** CRM Architecture and Strategic Management * Design and evolve the CRM (Pipedrive) architecture aligned with Narval’s commercial and operational funnel. * Build and optimize funnels for direct acquisition, partnerships, and referrals. * Ensure full traceability across the commercial cycle: leads, opportunities, operations, and revenue. * Define data quality standards and CRM governance. * Implement automations and workflows to increase commercial efficiency. * Map, document, and optimize commercial and operational processes to facilitate scalability. Marketing–Sales Integration * Design integrated marketing and sales funnels. * Coordinate integration of forms, landing pages, and paid and organic campaigns into the CRM. * Automate lead nurturing, scoring, and follow-up sequences. * Measure campaign performance and conversion attribution. Automation \& Systems * Lead integrations with external tools (Apollo, web forms, email platforms, etc.). * Design automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar. * Create alert systems, automated lead assignment, and sales tracking. Data Analytics \& Reporting * Design executive dashboards for activity, conversion, performance, and revenue. * Analyze funnel performance and propose data-driven improvements. * Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities through quantitative analysis. Digitalization \& Scalability * Lead internal digitalization initiatives aimed at scalability. * Align systems and processes with strategic objectives for national and international expansion. **Minimum Requirements:** * Academic background in Computer Engineering / Computer Science, Mathematical Engineering in Data Science, Business Administration (ADE), International Business, or related fields. * 3\-4 years of experience in CRM management, growth, GTM, sales, or B2B environments. * Experience with Pipedrive (highly valued) or other CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). * Strong experience in reporting and data presentation (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar). * Analytical profile, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. * High organizational capability. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Languages: Native Spanish and advanced English. * Experience in Fintech, financial services, or Real Estate firms is highly valued.
