We are strengthening our team with a senior technical profile eager to lead real-world projects with direct impact on-site. You will be the technical reference person for plant-based engineering projects: \- Lead CAPEX projects, from definition (URS) through to commissioning. \- Optimize production processes and facilities by delivering viable technical solutions. \- Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP requirements and participate in validations (DQ/IQ/OQ). \- Coordinate external engineering firms and suppliers, taking full ownership of project execution. \- Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance as required. ### **Requirements** Engineering degree English level C1 ### **Offered** Stable project. \- Role with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. \- Diverse projects with tangible impact on operations. \- A technically demanding environment where your judgment matters.
