Your mission will be to coordinate, develop, and execute industrial projects, ensuring operational efficiency, food safety, and continuous improvement of production processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead engineering projects focused on process improvement, implementation of new technologies, and optimization of production lines. * Manage the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and industrial machinery. * Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Food Safety departments to ensure proper project execution. * Conduct technical analyses and feasibility studies for new investments. * Supervise external suppliers and contractors, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards. * Propose technical solutions contributing to energy efficiency, sustainability, and reduction of operational costs. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to safety, hygiene, and applicable food legislation. * Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and presentations for management. * Support the Maintenance Department in monitoring actions related to industrial safety. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles within the food industry. * In-depth knowledge of production processes, industrial automation, and processing/packaging machinery. * Experience in project management. * Analytical ability, results orientation, and skills in managing multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., IFS). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. * Intermediate level of English. **We Offer:** Professional development opportunity in a leading company.
