We are currently seeking a PRODUCTION MANAGER for our railway electrification department. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and supervise the proper execution of works, ensuring appropriate allocation of material resources, machinery, and personnel as defined by the Site Manager (JO). * Perform monthly measurement of completed work. * Monitor the project’s time schedule, ensuring adherence to planned deadlines, quality standards, and budget. * Ensure implementation and compliance with occupational health and safety measures, in collaboration with the safety technician, to guarantee execution of the health and safety plan. * Supervise the workforce—including both direct company staff and subcontractors—to ensure achievement of objectives. * Monitor suppliers and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of works.
