Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Engineer with experience in planning and executing maintenance strategies, managing technical teams, and optimizing processes to ensure operational continuity and efficiency. Professional development in a dynamic environment and contribution to vehicle development. We are looking for a candidate with industrial maintenance experience for a position in Barcelona. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing maintenance strategies and procedures, as well as detailed task planning. You will ensure operational continuity and industrial process efficiency by diagnosing failures and leading the technical team to carry out repairs and preventive maintenance. You will manage spare parts and service procurement, controlling tool and equipment inventory. You will play a key role in defining and monitoring key performance indicators related to failures and costs. You will also be responsible for enhancing technical staff qualifications, updating guidelines and procedures, and managing configuration and maintenance of the spare parts warehouse. Coordination with other departments—such as production, quality, and engineering—will be essential. Proactivity in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions will be highly valued. You will join a team focused on operational excellence. University degree (Technical or Senior Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering). Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance-related leadership roles within industrial environments.
