VINCLE, a rapidly expanding technology consultancy, is seeking to hire a **Junior Data Analyst** for an important project with a major multinational consumer goods company. You will join one of the most pioneering projects in the market, centered on demand and supply automation—focused on generating demand forecasts and ensuring stock levels align with departmental management directives. All activities are centralized within Supply and Demand departments. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: \- Monitoring and analyzing key project KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, Changes, OSA, Freshness, Sales. \- Liaising with IT departments and managing incidents related to forecasting—the primary input for purchase order generation. \- Maintaining parameters required for accurate purchase order sizing. \- Driving and monitoring forecasting processes, as well as performing tasks that ensure service level targets. **What We Are Looking For:** * Higher education degree in Business Administration & Management (ADE), Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. * Erasmus program participation or international study/work experience is desirable. * One year’s experience in a similar role, preferably within a consumer goods company and involving data analysis. * Prior experience in logistics or demand planning departments is valued. * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, macros, formulas, etc.). * Knowledge of statistical analysis tools—such as Matlab, SAS, Revolution Analytics, POWER BI—is highly desirable. * Strong analytical, management, and problem-solving skills. * Positive attitude when facing complex situations. * High capacity for learning and commitment to work. * Enthusiastic, motivated, and positive individual. **What We Offer:** * Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday: Mon–Thu 9:00–18:30, Fri 8:30–15:00. * Permanent contract. * Location: Central Barcelona. * Immediate start.
