Be part of a high-performance team. **About Narval:** Narval is a firm specialized in financing—both alternative and banking—that supports professionals and companies throughout the debt transaction lifecycle: sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and formalization. **We specialize in financing solutions focused on:** corporate investments, real estate investments and developments, debt refinancing, and asset restructurings. We are an expanding financial firm regulated by the Bank of Spain, with offices in Madrid and Barcelona. Due to our growth, we need to incorporate a CRM & Data Analyst into our team, who will have a direct impact on the commercial team, operations, technology, and data analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** * CRM (Pipedrive) management and optimization. * Optimize sales funnels and automate workflows. * Design the CRM structure aligned with the commercial and operational funnel. * Ensure full traceability of operations and safeguard data quality. * Manage integrations with external sources (Apollo, Genesy, forms, landing pages, etc.). * Implement automations between CRM and other tools (n8n, Zapier, Make or similar). * Integrate forms and webhooks. * Document and improve current processes to enhance commercial and operational efficiency. * Lead lead generation and digital transformation initiatives. * Design and maintain reporting in Power BI or other analytics tools. * Build dashboards for activity, conversion, and performance. **Minimum Requirements:** * Academic background in Computer Engineering / Computer Science, Mathematical Engineering in Data Science, Business Administration and Management (ADE), International Business, or related fields. * 3–4 years of experience in CRM management, Data Analyst roles, and B2B environments. * Experience with Pipedrive or other CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). * Solid experience in reporting and data presentation (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar). * Analytical profile, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. * Strong organizational skills. * Goal-oriented individual. * Languages: Native Spanish and advanced English. * Fintech, financial services, or real estate industry experience highly valued. * A Master’s degree in Data Science or Business Intelligence is a plus.
