At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for an **Internal Audit Technician** for our Planeta Formación y Universidades division. What would be your main responsibilities? * Planning audits: Reviewing audit plans and objectives, establishing schedules, allocating resources, and defining audit strategy. * Meetings with the audit team: Discussing audit findings, identifying areas for improvement, and establishing action plans. * Information gathering: Reviewing documents, financial reports, company processes, and systems to assess compliance with applicable policies and regulations. * Risk identification: Assessing risks that could affect the effectiveness and efficiency of company processes. * Conducting audit tests: Reviewing transactions, records, and other documents to evaluate their accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable requirements. * Staff interviews: To understand company processes, controls, and risks, and to identify areas for improvement. * Follow-up on recommendations: Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and their impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of company processes. What would we like to see in your CV? * More than 3 years of previous experience in Internal or External Audit. * Availability to travel. * Strong management and analysis skills for large databases. * French language knowledge is highly valued.
