Under the supervision of the Brand Marketing Manager, this is a unique opportunity to boost the visibility of a disruptive brand, create impactful content, and work in an innovative environment where every idea counts. *Strategy and Planning* * Consistently and strongly communicate Housfy’s identity, image, purpose, and values. * Lead the omnichannel content strategy aimed at increasing brand visibility and authority. * Develop and execute the PR strategy, including media relations management, publicity, expert forums, etc. * Build solid and strategic editorial calendars, coordinating with internal teams and external collaborators to identify unique content opportunities. * Actively contribute to Employee and Employer Branding strategies, including internal communication initiatives and event management. * Continuously monitor trends in the real estate sector, official publications, regulatory bulletins, as well as media monitoring and brand mentions. *Make Housfy shine in the press and digital channels* * Writing and distributing press releases. * Planning, writing, editing, and publishing relevant, engaging, high-value content across various digital channels: website, blog, newsletter, and other digital platforms. * Design and optimize content in close collaboration with the SEO team to maximize organic reach and achieve strategic objectives. * Provide occasional support to the social media team on specific projects. *Analysis and Optimization* * Monitor and analyze content performance using key metrics, implementing data-driven strategic adjustments and optimizations. *Ideal Candidate:* * University degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Corporate Communication. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles (Content Manager, Digital Marketing, PR, etc.). * Native proficiency in Spanish and Catalan (spoken and written). * Interest in the real estate industry. * Advanced writing and editing skills, along with hands-on experience managing CMS platforms and content management tools. * Demonstrable knowledge of SEO and GEO for content optimization and improved organic positioning. * Ability to adapt to dynamic environments, with autonomy and a collaborative mindset. * Ability to stay organized and maintain a resilient attitude under pressure. *Be part of a rapidly growing company where your work will make a difference in the customer experience.
