The Catalan Down Syndrome Foundation promotes and safeguards respect for the inherent dignity and equality of rights, freedoms, and opportunities for all individuals with Down syndrome or other intellectual disabilities. We are seeking a person to join us as a Fundraising and Resource Development Technician. Their mission will be to support fundraising activities, corporate relations, marketing of in-house products, and development of new collaboration opportunities for the FCSD. This position will contribute to increasing the share of private income and the economic sustainability of the Foundation, thereby advancing its mission of social inclusion for people with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities. · Support implementation of the FCSD’s annual private fundraising and resource development plan. · Identify, prospect, and contact potential collaborating companies, sponsors, and donors. · Manage and foster relationships with companies, foundations, donors, sponsors, and private collaborators. · Collaborate in developing agreements and collaboration opportunities with companies, organizations, and other social stakeholders. · Collaborate with the Employment Inclusion Service in identifying collaboration opportunities, sponsorships, donations, and alternative measures linked to FCSD’s partner companies. · Coordinate and support management of the FCSD’s physical and online store. · Coordinate marketing of FCSD’s own products and initiatives (Art Space, Talents Collection, Mismatched Socks by Artists, institutional merchandise, and other projects), both in the physical and online store and at fairs, events, and other sales points. · Identify and develop new sales points, distribution channels, and commercial collaborations for FCSD’s products and publications. · Prepare orders, manage inventory, and coordinate materials required for product sales and FCSD’s various booths. · Support development of new products, campaigns, and revenue streams aligned with the FCSD’s mission. · Coordinate with the Communications Team and external marketing, social media, and e-commerce providers. · Participate in organizing fundraising, networking, and donor/partner retention events. · Manage and keep updated the donor, company, and collaborator database. · Draft collaboration, sponsorship, and benefit proposals for partner companies and organizations. · Implement and maintain an inventory management system for the FCSD’s physical and online store. · Prepare periodic reports tracking implemented actions and achieved results. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in business development, fundraising, corporate relations, marketing, or related fields. * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration and Management, or Institutional Relations. * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * English (spoken: intermediate; written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Results orientation. Preferred qualifications: specialized training in fundraising; CRM and database management knowledge; e-commerce experience; familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce; digital marketing; disability certification; inventory and stock control experience; knowledge of sales/purchasing/warehouse and logistics processes; Excel proficiency for stock/sales/margin tracking; ability to define product traceability and control procedures. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1554 * Additional information: Indefinite-term contract with 37 weekly working hours. Possibility of teleworking several days per week. Full-month August vacation. Salary: €21,749.73 gross annually, paid in 14 installments.
