**THE PROJECT TO BE CARRIED OUT:** Administer the anesthetic treatment correctly before, during, and after the patient's surgery. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Examine the patient prior to surgery, obtain their medical history, and assess surgical or medical procedure-related risks. * Coordinate with physicians and relevant healthcare professionals regarding the type and method of anesthetics to be administered to the patient. * Position the patient on the surgical table to ensure maximum comfort and provide optimal surgical accessibility for both the patient and the surgeon. * Administer anesthetics to prevent patients from feeling pain and sensations during surgery. * Monitor the patient's vital signs during surgery or medical procedures and make necessary adjustments accordingly. * Provide and maintain life support and airway management during emergencies. * Care for the patient during the initial recovery phase and administer essential medications during recovery. * Record the amount of anesthesia administered and the patient's condition throughout the procedure. * Perform resuscitation and pain therapy. * Assist in managing chronic pain in patients suffering from respiratory and neurological conditions. **WORK SCHEDULE AND CONTRACT:** * Full-time schedule (100%), Monday to Friday, consisting of 4 morning shifts and 1 afternoon shift. * Schedule: Mornings from 07:30 to 15:10, afternoons from 15:00 to 22:00. * One-year temporary contract with possibility of extension. **PROFILE WE ARE SEEKING:** * Hold a degree in Medicine and Surgery with specialization in Anesthesiology via MIR. * Minimum one year of experience in pediatric anesthesiology. * User-level proficiency in Excel, Word, and email usage. * Possess competencies aligned with our institutional values. **WE VALUE:** * Knowledge and experience in pediatric anesthesiology. * Involvement in clinical, research, and training activities specific to the field of anesthesiology. * Catalan language proficiency at level C. **DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT:** To apply for this job offer and attach your CV, click the **"Apply"** button visible on this same screen. **We encourage you to focus your application on your experience and competencies.
