We seek a person passionate about connecting with talent, understanding what drives each profile, and co-creating an experience that makes them want to stay. #### **Your Mission** You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our clients in their technological challenges: technically strong profiles aligned with our culture. You will accompany individuals from first contact through to their integration into the project, carefully managing every stage of the journey. #### **Your Responsibilities** ###### **Talent Selection and Attraction** * Manage end\-to\-end selection processes for IT profiles, both technical (software developers, tech leads, data engineers...) and managerial (engineering managers, product owners...). * Design and execute active sourcing (headhunting) strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate and other sources. * Evaluate both the technical and cultural fit of each candidate. * Accompany candidates throughout the entire process, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. ###### **Onboarding and Integration** * Support individuals from offer acceptance through full integration into the project. * Coordinate with involved teams and clients to ensure a successful onboarding. ###### **Employee Experience** * Co\-create and guarantee the best possible experience so Kelea becomes a place where people want to stay for a long time. * Identify opportunities for improvement in the day\-to\-day experience of Kelea’s people. ###### **Process and Policy Evolution** * Contribute to the continuous improvement of people management processes and policies: talent acquisition, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and more. * Bring your own ideas and perspective to help make Kelea an even better place to work. ### **Requirements** #### **What Do We Expect From You?** * At least 4 years of experience selecting IT profiles, both technical and managerial. * Essential hands\-on experience with push talent attraction models (headhunting) using LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate. * A truly people\-oriented individual: strong communication skills and genuine concern for candidate and employee experience. * Goal\-oriented, energetic, and proactive. * Comfortable working in dynamic environments with high uncertainty. * Continuous curiosity to learn new things and eagerness to step outside your comfort zone. * Enjoy working collaboratively in teams. #### **How We Understand This Role at Kelea** We are not looking for someone who simply manages a candidate pipeline.
