If you have a **proven track record in civil engineering projects** and are motivated to take on new professional challenges within a stable environment, we want to meet you! **Main Responsibilities** * **Interpretation and application of technical drawings** to ensure correct project execution. * **Planning, organization, and coordination** of various work areas: site access, material storage, unloading, and internal logistics. * **Supervision of machinery and auxiliary equipment**, optimizing their usage and performance. * **Management and oversight of subcontractors**, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. * **Assignment of tasks to both in-house and external personnel**, ensuring optimal resource allocation. * **Monitoring of work progress**, verifying productivity levels, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions. * **Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site**, ensuring a safe and orderly working environment. * Direct reporting to the Site Manager regarding work status, incidents, and operational needs. Requirements * Accredited Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (60 hours or more preferred). * Class B driving license and willingness to travel within Barcelona. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil engineering projects, with specialization in roads, urban developments, and infrastructure. * Solid knowledge of site organization, resource management, and productivity control.
