Fireproofing structures, industrial buildings, and facilities is essential to prevent fire spread, minimizing material and human damage — this is one of our core missions. Position summary: We are seeking a Construction Assistant to support the control and monitoring of projects within our Argos division, specialists in fireproofing system applications. Your main responsibilities will be: Conducting site visits to perform on-site measurements of work progress. Identifying and reporting potential issues detected at construction sites. Serving as the communication link among the sales representative responsible for the project, the construction site, and the client — to convey instructions regarding work zones, material handling, material storage, and any unforeseen on-site incidents. Supporting work organization at the start of each shift. Assisting with project certification documentation. Verifying and ensuring the quality of completed work. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. Requirements: Graduates in engineering, architecture, or technical disciplines. Technical vocational training will also be considered favorably. Strong skills in management, organization, communication, and teamwork. Valid motorcycle license issued in Spain. Availability during mornings. * Intermediate-level Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grau Mig) * Spanish (advanced spoken and written proficiency) * Competencies / Knowledge: Requirements: Graduates in engineering, architecture, or technical disciplines.
