Your mission will be to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office and deliver an impeccable experience to employees, vendors, and visitors. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Answering internal and external phone calls *(reception backup)*. * Communication via email or phone with building reception and maintenance teams. * Managing parking and locker assignments, cancellations, modifications, and related incidents. * Processing access requests for vendors and visitors. * Managing incidents related to climate control, parking, lockers, coffee corners, etc., through various corporate channels. * Ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office maintenance. * Adjusting temperature settings upon climate-related notifications. * Managing and receiving office materials. * Assisting users with the corporate application: opening tickets, registering attendance, requesting parking, booking meeting rooms, etc. * Reviewing and supporting the CAE platform; archiving vendor documentation and delivery notes. * Activating guest Wi-Fi and supporting diverse requests (luggage, taxis, etc.). * **Hospitality Support:** + Supporting onboarding sessions. + Managing meeting room and common area bookings. + Preparing meetings and events, coordinating with maintenance and cleaning teams. * Conducting daily inspections of the office, parking area, and electric vehicle chargers. * Managing visitor activities and providing general Facilities support, including assuming responsibility in the absence of the designated Facilities lead. **Requirements** -------------- * **Advanced English is mandatory.** * Native or near-native Spanish proficiency. * Additional languages are considered a plus. * Proactive, professional, and service-oriented attitude. * Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills. * Professional appearance and impeccable interpersonal conduct.
