Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Retention Agent with strong communication skills to contact, follow up with, and retain customers, identify business opportunities, and advise on products. We are recruiting a CUSTOMER RETENTION AGENT for our team in Sant Cugat del Vallès. If you have experience in customer service, Contact Center, or similar functions—and enjoy communicating—we want to meet you! Contacting clients from an assigned portfolio (primarily by telephone) Performing follow-up and customer retention activities for active clients Reactivating clients with low activity (customer types C and D) Identifying commercial opportunities among clients subscribed to only one service Informing and advising on new products (fruit, coffee, water, and “La Despensa”) Explaining how to use our order management app Qualifying leads and referring them to the sales team Follow-up and updating of client information * Minimum 3 months’ experience. Experience in Contact Center or similar roles—e.g., secretary/back-office assistant—or candidates with strong communication skills * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Permanent employment contract * Part-time morning shift (25 hours \- weekly working hours) * Gross monthly salary: 914 * Additional relevant details: Paid training; Weekly working hours: 25; Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–14:00; On-site work in Sant Cugat del Vallès; Training funded by the company; Positive work environment; Opportunity to join a growing company
