




Job Summary: Conduct on-site technical visits to clients for maintenance, resolution of IT incidents, installation and configuration of equipment and software, documenting all interventions. Coordinate with other technical teams when necessary. On-site client visits: Travel to clients’ premises to provide on-site IT support. Ensure proper functioning of installed equipment and systems. Equipment maintenance and updates: Install, configure, and update software and hardware. Check and maintain equipment and peripherals in good condition. Incident resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks. Provide rapid and efficient solutions to minimize service interruptions for clients. Documentation and tracking: Record all incidents and interventions in the company’s management systems. Prepare technical reports when necessary for service monitoring and improvement. Coordination with technical teams: Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve complex incidents. Participate in follow-up and coordination meetings when required. Client support: Deliver professional, client-oriented service, clearly explaining solutions. Identify potential improvements in clients’ systems and report them to the company. Vehicle management and travel: Organize visit routes efficiently. Record kilometers traveled for corresponding reimbursement. * Experience: 1 year. Prior experience in IT maintenance and support. Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. Strong communication skills with clients and technical teams. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Solid knowledge of hardware, software, and networks. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00. Location: Field technician, Barcelona and surrounding areas. Requirements: Personal vehicle (kilometers traveled will be reimbursed). Prior experience in IT maintenance and support. Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. Strong communication skills with clients and technical teams. Salary: €16,720 annually, paid in 12 installments (approximately €1,200 net monthly).
